I want to encourage everybody to read their Bibles this summer. Whether you’re working, or at the beach, or in summer school, spend some time getting close to God.
“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.” (2 Timothy 3:16-17 ESV)
The more you read your Bible, the more you will understand how God operates and where He is operating. That means you will be able to plug yourself into more of what God is doing around you. By the end of the summer, I would love for you to join me in doing awesomely good things in the name of God, loving the people around you by doing those great things of God.
If you don’t know where to begin in reading God’s word, I recommend the reading plan linked here on this site or any reading plan on your favorite Bible app. If you don’t understand what you’re reading, you can email me, I love answering questions about the Bible and I love helping people apply it to their lives or you can search this website for posts on verses and passages.
